Stage 1

Recruiter Phone Screen

We're committed to creating a hiring experience that feels thoughtful, transparent, and respectful of your time. 

We'll start with an initial conversation with a member of our Talent Acquisition team to:
  • Review your background, career goals, and experience
  • Share more about the role, the team, and what success looks like 
  • Align on skills, expectations, and compensation
  • Answer any initial questions you may have
  • Understand cultural fit and value alignment
We view this as a two-way conversation focused on mutual alignment and transparency before moving forward.
Stage 2

Interview(s)

Next, you’ll meet with members of the hiring team to further explore:
  • Technical skills and relevant experience
  • Problem-solving and role-specific competencies
  • Communication and collaboration style
  • Alignment with team and organizational values
  • Team dynamic and day-to-day responsibilities 
Depending on the role, this stage may include multiple conversations, panel interviews, or a skill-based assessment. We encourage open dialogue and welcome your questions throughout the process.
Stage 3

Offer

If selected, we'll extend a formal offer outlining:
  • Compensation, benefits, and start date
  • An opportunity to review details and ask questions
  • Time to thoughtfully consider your decision
We want you to feel fully informed and confident as you consider the opportunity, and we're here to support you every step of the way. 
Stage 4

Hired

Once your offer is accepted:
  • You’ll receive an email to initiate your background screening
  • We'll coordinate equipment, orientation schedule, and first-day logistics
  • You’ll begin a structured onboarding experience designed to set you up for success
